About Casa delle Ninfee

A wonderful house at the foot of the majestic Monte Monaco, about 150 metres from the seashore, in a secluded place which has remained unspoiled over the years. The house is very comfortable and offers the chance to spend most of the time outdoors. You can enjoy meals at the large marble table, make a bbq or simply read your favourite book while soaking up the sun after a swim in the nearby beach.
For those who love travelling and discovering, the area has so much to offer - Erice, Trapani, Segesta, Scopello, Palermo, Marsala - while nature lovers should not miss a visit to the Zingaro Nature Reserve, a trek on Monte Monaco - just behind the house - or a walk to Monte Cofano

The house is set in a large, well-kept Mediterranean garden. The hammock is necessary (as well as a good sun screen!)

The outdoor shower is a must in summer days while the alfresco area, under the wooden canopy, is an absolute treat with its barbeque and the large dining area

Going inside you find the indoor kitchen, a refrigerator (including a small freezer) and the table equipment

Next to it there is the living room, with a fireplace, and three bedrooms:

  • Bedroom 1: one double bed

  • Bedroom 2: one double bed or two twin beds

  • Bedroom 3, in the mezzanine: one double bed or two twin beds

The house has a main bathroom with shower, and a half-bath with a toilet and sink

A cot can be provided

Access for guests: Except for the garden behind the house, either the whole house and the entire large garden in the front is for the exclusive use of guests

Check-in: starting from 16h00

Check-out: before 10h00

Extra linen: 10,00 € per person

Tourist tax: 2,00 € per person per day, for people over 10 years old. The tourist tax has to be paid on spot

Water: The house comes with one water tank of about 7000 L. Since Sicily is been suffering from a great drought, we recommend to try and save water. 7000 L is normally enough for one week or more. Anyway, in case you need more water, we can provide an extra load (7000 L) at a cost of circa 35,00 €

Minimum stay: It is never possible to rent for less than 5 nights
