Rates: (for 1 to 4 pax*):
June & July: 180,00 euro per night
August: 200,00 euro per night
September & October: 180,00 euro per night

*Extra charge for any additional person (more than 4 pax): 25,00 euro per person extra, per night.
The maximum number of people is 6.

• 15% reduction for minimum 3 weeks stay (minimum 20 nights)

• Extra reduction can be agreed for longer periods

Extra linen: 10 euro per person
Extra cost for cleaning: 50 euro

Tourist tax: During the summer period it is 2,00 € per person per day, from 10 years old. The tourist tax has to be paid on spot.

Water: The house comes with one water tank of about 7000 L. Since Sicily is been suffering from a great drought, we recommend to try and save water and 7000 L is normally enough for one week or more. Anyway, in case you need more water, we can provide an extra load (7000 L) at a cost of circa 35 euro.

Minimum stay: It is never possible to rent for less than 7 nights.
